About the role:
As a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the financial strategy for our organization. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will collaborate with operations managers and the Business Intelligence team to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models that guide our decision-making processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include building and refining revenue and cost models for budgeting and forecasting purposes, assisting with month-end reporting, and contributing to board papers with forward-looking projections. Your insights will help shape the financial landscape, as you partner with General Managers to enhance financial awareness and identify operational improvements.

This is a key role within the finance team, offering you a unique opportunity to be a central part of the organization’s financial planning processes. Whether supporting month-end activities or stepping in to assist with ad-hoc tasks, your contribution will be integral to the team’s success. This is also a great opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in financial planning, modeling, and analysis.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a generous mix of working from home and at the Bella Vista office each week.

About you:
To excel in this role, you will have strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills, with a proven ability to understand complex data and transform it into clear, actionable insights.

You will also bring:

  • CA/CPA qualifications with at least 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling you to build relationships and influence stakeholders across different teams.
  • A collaborative approach to working with operations managers and other business units to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in Aged Care is advantageous but not essential.

If you're looking for an opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment, where your analytical skills will make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!
