About the role: This role will lead a team of field nurses and allied health professionals to deliver a range of clinical in-home services and achieve customer care, satisfaction, and compliance objectives. Based in our office in Murarrie, this is a key leadership role that will drive business outcomes with a strong customer focus. The role will be based around the Brisbane metro with occasional travel to the Sunshine Coast and Mid-North Coast of NSW (inc Port Macquarie).
We currently offer 2 days a week working from the office and the rest can be doing working from home.
· Oversee, coach and coordinate the clinical and allied health teams to ensure programs are at maximum billable hours and managed within budget allocation. · Ensure all customer queries and concerns are managed through and proactive actions implemented. · Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to solve complex problems and ensure the smooth delivery of services to our customers. · Ensure all clinical needs are recorded and regularly monitored. · Drive performance and provide support through regular coaching and development. · Ensure compliance and clinical guidelines are being followed at all times.
About you: · Strong leadership experience and passion for developing others. · Proven clinical experience and achieving KPIs. · Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. · A high attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure. · A valid Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle. · A current registration with AHPRA. · Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders such as GPs, ACAT, Alzheimer’s Australia, Outsourced services (i.e. Allied Health).
