About the role:

We are looking for talented people to join KinCare, Australia’s leading provider for in-home, health and wellbeing services. You will be working in an exciting and fast paced contact centre assisting customers with their services and providing an excellent experience. You will be joining a dynamic and hard-working team responding to a wide range of customer requests – no two days are the same! This is an amazing opportunity for people who are passionate about making a difference and also looking for career progression. 

What we are looking for:

  • Work well under pressure while also maintaining customer experience.

  • Solid customer service experience.

  • Strong computer skills & experience using multiple programs.

  • Warm and empathetic approach to dealing with customer enquiries.

  • This role is a full time, Monday to Friday position, with occasional weekend work as overtime. The core hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday 

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will be empathetic, and solutions focussed, with outstanding customer service skills. Due to the nature of this role, experience working in customer service is essential, as will a team focussed attitude. Additionally, you will be a strong communicator, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Ideally you’ll have some previous experience within a call centre environment, but it’s not essential.
