If you are looking for a new and exciting challenge to commence in 2021 then read on, this could be your new opportunity. We are seeking an experienced people leader to develop, mentor, and lead our scheduling and service delivery functions across multiple states. If change management and developing a team to optimise performance and deliver on KPIs excites you then this could be the role for you. You will be responsible for ensuring a large remote workforce are delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining safety in our customers homes. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring our scheduling and rostering practices meet the needs of both our customer and our people, in short you will be responsible for recruiting the right people in the right locations to deliver the very best in customer service.
This remote role will oversee teams in QLD, WA and the Far North Coast, therefore we would ideally love to hear from applicants based in Perth, Brisbane or Port Macquarie. Some office-based work may be required in future but in the current climate this role will be home-based.
As part of this experienced and dedicated leadership team, you will work alongside a team of passionate leaders who all share a common goal, to ensure older Australians can live the life they choose in their own homes for as long as possible.

Your experience in scheduling, planning and leading a remote workforce will set you up to succeed, as will your analytical, inquisitive and commercial mindset. You will be a strong communicator and be able to lead through changes while maintaining a strong connection to our values of “Customer” and “One Team”.
Your Challenge
Engage, retain and develop a team of schedulers and team leaders with a focus on customer satisfaction
Develop workforce optimisation strategies with a focus on cost reduction and team satisfaction
Continuously evolve strategies and processes to ensure best practice across scheduling and service delivery
Working closely with the HR team to address staffing challenges to ensure ultimate performance of staff including recruitment, retention and engagement of a large dispersed workforce
About You
You will be an innovative self starter with excellent communication and relationship building skills
You will have experience in change management/project management with outstanding organisational skills
You will be a resilient people leader with high attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure
You will clearly be able to demonstrate continuous improvement initiatives, have outstanding problem solving skills and strong commercial acumen
