KinCare, a leading In Home Care Provider is going through a significant transformation agenda as we move into a retail environment with the deregulation of the in-home care market and as such is now entering another exciting period of growth.
Our highly successful National Sales Team is most integral to our business. Due to growth we have a newly created role as a National Sales Lead Navigator located in our Bella Vista office. The team is responsible for generating Home Care Package sales and leading a growth strategy through new customer acquisition.
The role will see you drive Home Care Package sales through the successful migration of existing and brand new customer acquisitions. You will provide sales quotes to potential new customers nationally. A key component of this role is the successful management of sales leads coming into the business from various channels. In addition to managing the sales leads process, you will ensure timely delivery of direct leads to related teams to be actioned.
You will be instrumental in the smooth onboarding of all new Private and Commercial customers. This will provide you the opportunity to visit customers with more complex needs for a tailored approach. You will then transition our newly acquired customers to our Operations team for ongoing customer management.
It will be critical to immediately connect with the customer utilising technology providing Sales Quotes where required, directing these quotes to the team based on the needs of the customer.
You’ll work autonomously working closely within a matrix Sales Team ensuring positive relationships result in collaboration to achieve the set objectives and outcomes within deadlines.
Ideally have worked in a sales lead management role within a Health environment
Customer centric sales approach demonstrating a genuine passion for helping vulnerable elderly customers and their families
Exceptional phone skills ideally dealing with vulnerable people with ability to quickly develop rapport
Ability to convey complex information in an easy to understand way for customers and their families
Strong listening and sales skills over the phone to identify customer needs
Strong Sales Quoting skills with attention to detail for numbers and reporting purpose
Advanced IT and CRM management skills preferably with SalesForce experience
Autonomous role but must be a team player to work closely with the functional Sales Teams
