The role:

Reporting into the Head of Contact Centre, as the Team Manager you will manage the day to day operations of the Contact Centre team including people management, rostering, performance and being a point of escalation and support for complex requests and issues. In addition to coaching and mentoring your team, this permanent full-time role based from our Perth office will allow for exposure to exciting projects and initiatives to enhance customer experience. 

We are looking for resilient individuals, who eagerly welcome change and keen to help us improve as an organisation. This is a new team and as such you will need strong experience in recruiting, training and building a team
