The role:

As the Scheduling Supervisor, you will proactively schedule and allocate our field staff to the right customer within allocated regions.  Our Schedulers take a commercial view, looking at route efficiencies, kilometers traveled, outsourcing levels, while balancing the needs of our customers cultural and lifestyle preferences. You will work with other members of the team to develop and execute efficient schedules, ensuring schedules into the future while balancing costs. This is a permanent full-time opportunity where you will be a hands-on Scheduler but also manage a team of 3 Schedulers / Rosterers.

Customer service is at the centre of what we do, so you'll be comfortable communicating with internal and external customers for any adhoc or reactive schedule changes.

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience in staff scheduling, logistics or workforce planning, preferably within a service delivery environment
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team to deliver outcomes
  • Previous experience producing schedules/rosters for a large volume of people in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, an ability to work under pressure and the ability to remain calm and professional at all times
  • Desire to work in a fast paced business focused on growth and delivery outstanding customer service.
  • Knowledge and experience with Scheduling and/or demand planning systems (Click/Salesforce desirable).
