The role:

In this vital role, your purpose will be to reduce Customer Complaints and reduce the amount of time our account managers are spending on administration to ensure we are enhancing our customer experience. This is a full time fixed term, 6-month role based from our Bella Vista office. 

A typical day in the role might look like this: 

  • Taking finance related calls and managing complaints both from internal and external sources
  • Investigating root causes of customer complaints and undertaking actions to remedy customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Processing adjustments to assist in the reconciliation and proper recognition of all revenue and costs on customer Home Care Package (HCP) Statements on a monthly basis.
  • Assisting the Finance Team in collecting supporting documentation for the reconciliation of HCP Client Statements.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customer reimbursements
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with:
  • Great communication skills 
  • Experience in customer resolutions and statements
  • High attention to detail and the ability to time manage
  • Intermediate Word and Excel skills. Salesforce experience (desirable)
  • Good financial knowledge
