Based in Bella Vista, due to growth we are recruiting multiple full time fixed term (6 month) roles in our Scheduling team. Our Schedulers are responsible for proactively scheduling and allocating our field staff to the right customer within allocated regions and our Rosterers have a focus on shorter-term rosters and being able to think on their feet with last minute changes. Our Schedulers need to take a commercial view, looking at route efficiencies, kilometers traveled, outsourcing levels while balancing the needs of our customers cultural and lifestyle preferences. You will work with other members of the team to develop and execute efficient schedules, ensuring schedules for the future while balancing costs.
Customer service is at the center of what we do, so you'll be comfortable communicating with internal and external customers for any ad-hoc or reactive schedule changes.
Skills and experience required:
Experience in staff scheduling, rostering, logistics or workforce planning, preferably within a service delivery environment
Previous experience producing forecasts and schedules in a fast-paced multi-site environment.
Demonstrated ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, an ability to work under pressure and the ability to remain calm and professional at all times.
Desire to work in a fast-paced business focused on growth and delivery outstanding customer service.
Ability to problem solve, juggle multiple priorities and think quickly on your feet.
Knowledge and experience with Scheduling and/or demand planning systems (Click/Salesforce desirable).
